Modern meets mountain when one half of the couple wanted river rock and log and the other wanted a more modern look. We built this home using river rock up to 4’ in diameter, and log—30’ western red cedar taper turned on a lathe, and kiln dried in 1 of 2 kilns large enough to manage the scale. The result is a site to behold.
