This is the bottom line. Conrad Brothers is aggressive in maintaining cost control. Through a sophisticated cost codes and billing system, we provide the client with very understandable and informative budget information. Each payment application comes with:

1. A budget schedule and spreadsheet.
2. Itemized billing costs by job.
3. Labor hour breakdowns.
4. Copies of invoices.
5. Requested change orders and identification of cost impact.

Along with consistent billing reports come job site meetings with the project team, job status information, requests for information submittals, and digital photographs of work in progress for out of town clients.

Having detailed systems to keep the client informed of the project's schedule and budget, helps assure the client that the status is what it should be.
