Conrad Brothers works to facilitate a team approach to maintain open and effective communications between all parties on a project. We believe this approach helps the client receive the best value for their investment.

By analyzing and pricing different components and finishes, we can provide the client and design team with detailed infomation to make the best construction decisions.

This approach is best accomplished through a negotiated contract. After creating a detailed scope of work, Conrad Brothers solicits fixed bids from subcontractors. The actual costs of the contract are charged, plus a percentage fee for the job.

Estimating and Scheduling

Proper planning is the foundation for all successful projects. By utilizing our own database of construction costs and creating a scope of work for each trade, we can accurately estimate a job.

Our system includes:

1. Invitations to Bid for sub contractors and suppliers with detailed Scope of Work documents.
2. Detailed breakdowns of costs for accuracy and decision making.
3. Integrated software for estimates and schedules with durations and milestones noted for critical and actual times.
